At TrainingSense, our aim is to deliver quality training that meets the needs of your staff.  Our expert training consultants will take utmost care in developing an informative and enjoyable day for the delegates.  All our courses can be tailored to meet the needs of your organisation.

Once a course has been booked, our training consultant will be in touch to discuss the training needs you may have.  We will take time to understand your organisation and the varying roles of staff.  From this we will be able to create session with appropriate learning outcomes agreed by you.

All prices quoted for training are for ‘course delivery & preparation’ by the training consultant as well as all handout materials and training evaluations.  These prices do not include any cost of venue, catering or consultant expenses.  In- House courses are usually delivered within your organisation or a venue booked by yourselves.

Yes!  If you would prefer TrainingSense to organise any venue and catering facilities, please contact us for a quote.  The charge for this will be on a ‘per head’ basis.  We will arrange everything for you, so all you need to do is turn up!

Not at all.  Our training consultants are always happy to travel anywhere in the UK and Ireland.  Depending on where the training is held we may require the consultant to stay in a hotel the night before and will always endeavor to find the most cost effective option.  We welcome enquiries from international organisations and will do our best to meet your needs.

To enable optimum learning and participation we recommend no more than 15 delegates for a one day or half day course.  Conferences and awareness talks can accommodate higher numbers.  In any event please contact TrainingSense, we will always do our best to accommodate your needs.

Our trainers will always create bespoke presentations and will bring this on a laptop or a date stick.  All we require is a projector / monitor to connect to.  Additionally a flip chart stand and pad is useful if available.  We recommend the room to be set up in a horse shoe of chairs with enough space for delegates to move around freely for group work activities.

For larger organisations who wish to book multiple courses for their staff, we would be happy to discuss discount options with you.

We fully appreciate sometimes planned training courses need to be cancelled or postponed.

Cancellations more than 28 days in advance of the booked date will incur no charge.

Cancellations 14 to 27 days in advance will incur a 50% charge.

Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the event will incur a 70% charge.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will incur a 100% charge.

We will always be happy to discuss the possibility of moving the date of the training to another date to meet your needs.
