Why it matters

How people treat each other at work shapes everything else: whether staff feel they belong, whether they raise concerns, and how well they serve the public. I've spent more than a decade doing this work inside policing: developing training, advising senior leaders and supporting staff through difficult situations. My sessions are practical, honest and built around situations people recognise.

Speaking, hosting and facilitation

Conference hosting, keynote talks and facilitated discussions on race equality and inclusion. I organised the national Stephen Lawrence Day conference for three years, have hosted the National Black Police Association conference for the last two, and have spoken at conferences and worked with community organisations throughout my career.
